Regrettably, despite initial efforts to use telemedicine to promote lifelong health in Malaysia, this sector has yet to develop and progress since its initial launch due to inadequate infrastructure, quick finance, and a lack of widespread public support. Our study focuses on how Malaysian citizens perceive and accept the country’s present telemedicine service deployment, one of the most important and challenging trends in the current healthcare system. How well-versed is our Malaysian community in this cutting-edge service? Are Malaysians prepared to use this service to advance? Has the difficulty of putting this service into place been anticipated by our healthcare providers?
